Open Office Etiquette

  • Noise:  Please be mindful of voice volume when taking meetings, discussions, and calls at your desk. This can be very disruptive to your neighbors that are seeking peace and quiet. There are 8 conference rooms that can be booked in 15 minute increments, 6 phone booths, and 3 phone rooms throughout the building for your needs.

  • Cleanliness:  Please keep your workstation tidy, dispose of trash in a timely manner, and sanitize when needed.

  • Allergies:  Please be aware of your peers that may have sensitivities or allergies. Strong scents should be avoided if possible.
