Adding Space
The only way to reserve space is to add it to your lease. To provide an equitable experience to all of our community members, all space is first come, first served. If you have a need for growth space, you must lease the space. We cannot guarantee that specific space will be available at the time that you need it or that it will be co-located with your other space. Depending on availability, new tenants may be limited to 2 cubicles and/or 1 private office and 1 private lab. The spend on lab and office must be roughly equal and some lab and some office space is required to be a tenant at Bakar Labs.
Space can be held for a maximum of 5 business days without a signed lease or lease amendment. The effective date of a lease or lease amendment must be within 30 days of the request date (no extensions will be granted).
Removing Space or Moving Space
Any removal of space or move to another lab or office space requires a checkout. Any space that is being vacated should be cleaned/decontaminated and all company property should be removed. Please use the moving checklist to confirm you have completed all cleaning items.
Please help the staff at Bakar Labs by planning ahead if you need additional space. Please ensure that everyone who handles leasing in your company has seen this policy.
