Agilent NovoCyte Penteon Flow Cytometer

Agilent has placed a NovoCyte Penteon Flow Cytometer for the Bakar Labs Community to use in the shared, specialized equipment room 505.

Before you are able to access the NovoCyte,

please read and sign this SOP:

You must have "flow cytometry analysis/sorting" listed as an "Experimental Risk" on your approved BUA application AND your scope of work must essentially be the same. If not, you must submit a BUA amendment.

Contact Lab Ops to discuss training options. Lab Ops will also need to know what materials you will be working with and their biosafety level.

Obtain approval from your supervisor to access room 505.
