Agilent has placed a NovoCyte Penteon Flow Cytometer for the Bakar Labs Community to use in the shared, specialized equipment room 505.

Before you are able to access the NovoCyte,
- please read and sign this SOP:
- You must have "flow cytometry analysis/sorting" listed as an "Experimental Risk" on your approved BUA application AND your scope of work must essentially be the same. If not, you must submit a BUA amendment.
- Contact Lab Ops to discuss training options. Lab Ops will also need to know what materials you will be working with and their biosafety level.
- Obtain approval from your supervisor to access room 505.
