When you receive notification of your provisional BUA approval and feel you are ready for your formal site inspection, send Lab Ops (Bakar Labs) a ticket requesting a pre-inspection of your space.
We will schedule a time to walk you through the questions the BSO officer will ask and help guide you. If you are missing any information or any of the safety items required for this inspection, we will help point you in the right direction. For a quick guide on the questions the BSO inspector will ask, please see here.
After our pre-inspection and once we think you are all set, we'll schedule the formal BSO inspection for you. Please be aware, you will choose a date for the formal inspection and a BSO inspector will schedule the formal inspection 5 or 7 business days after the requested date.
