Dishwashing and Autoclave Service

Bakar Labs offers Autoclaving and Dishwashing services performed by our staff.

Prices for the service(s) are as follows:

Full service dishwash and autoclave services are available (pick up and drop off at your lab included). Pricing is as follows:

Full service dish wash: $40 per bin (Dishwasher volume 21.1" x 19.6" x 20.5") (One load can fit up to seven 2L bottles)
Full service autoclave/sterilizer: $20 per bin (Each run can fit two 18” x 13” x 2.5” autoclave baskets)
Full service dish wash & sterilizer service: $55 per bin

We will provide bins for media or glassware.

We also offer 4 portable autoclaves in room 503. To use these machines, please attend the monthly familiarization training (found on the Events @ Bakar Labs calendar) run by our staff. If this scheduled day/time doesn't work for you, simply reach out for a personal orientation via a Freshdesk Ticket.

Please remember to book the sterilizers on Skedda when you will be using them.
