If you will be having a vendor coming into Bakar Labs to do installation or repair work or to work as movers, you are required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for them and submit it to Bakar Labs staff. This COI must include "The Regents of the University of California" as an additional insured party.
This vendor COI should be very similar to your company's COI you filed prior to moving into the building, including the limits. See below for an example COI, including what limits are required.
