In addition to the built-in conferencing setup available in the Boardroom and the Pineapple conference room, all other conference rooms are now equipped with Meeting Owl cameras and microphones to facilitate conferencing calls and online meetings.
To use the Meeting Owl, simply connect it to the computer hosting the conference call via the provided USB-C cable and select the "Meeting Owl 3" option for your camera, speaker, and microphone within your conferencing app. If you'd like to see a demonstration of the operation of the device, please see the video below. In general, please leave the Owl in the middle of the table to get the best audio and video experience.
